Ezidebit NZ outage 13/02/2025

RESOLVED- Ezidebit have confirmed the downstream outage with New Zealand credit card processing has been resolved since 10:14pm NZT last night. Overnight processing today should show payments were successful and any manually attempted credit card payments should also be working.

We will be in touch on Monday with next steps for any previously failed payments during this outage. Thank you for your patience!

Ezidebit have advised that according to their monitoring systems, service via the third party provider has been restored and payments can now be processed. This situation is still being actively monitored at this time for stability purposes and any updates will be posted to https://ezidebit.status.io/. Please be advised that as of this morning, the downstream service provider is still investigating the partial outage with Ezidebit credit card processing in New Zealand and there is still no estimated resolution time. Overnight processing has completed however you may see payment errors on the AP report and we’ll be providing more information on how to process these when we hear from Ezidebit. This outage may also affect any manual real-time payments attempted.
