Yesterday, you may have experienced performance issues while using Storman Cloud and taking Ezidebit payments. We’ve resolved this, and all systems are go - thank you for your patience during this time! If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to our support team.
Please be aware that our data centre is currently experiencing internet issues due to problems with their fibre network. Engineers on site advise us that this should be resolved by 6PM AEST - in the meantime, some Ezidebit payments and refunds may fail. Failed payments and refunds should be retried, as they should succeed second attempt. Thank you for your patience!
