Our payments provider Ezidebit experienced an outage overnight that affected real-time processing of credit card/direct debit payments, as well as settlement and processing of payments during overnight processing. Their teams have now resolved the issue: all payments should be reconciled, and you should be able to process payments in real-time again. Thank you for your patience throughout.
We are currently aware of an issue affecting Ezidebit credit card and bank account payments. Please refer to your Autopay report from overnight processing for any failures and avoid debiting any customers until further notice as they will need to be done manually when this is resolved. We’ll provide an update in the next hour and appreciate your patience.
